COMMERCIAL DISCLOSURE & INDEPENDENCE STATEMENT
This statement explains how ADD SALE may be compensated and how we aim to maintain transparency when operating the Platform and facilitating introductions to Providers. This statement should be read together with the Terms and Conditions.
1. What ADD SALE does (and does not do)
ADD SALE operates as a commercial intermediary and facilitation partner. The Platform helps business users identify, compare (where available), and connect with independent third-party Providers.
ADD SALE is not a bank, payment institution, electronic money institution, acquirer, issuer, processor, broker, auditor, law firm, or regulator, and does not provide regulated payment services or handle customer funds. ADD SALE does not provide financial, legal, compliance, tax, investment or other professional advice.
Any comparisons, filters, labels, highlights or other outputs on the Platform are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute a recommendation. You remain solely responsible for selecting a Provider and for any decisions you make based on information displayed on the Platform.
2. How ADD SALE may be compensated
Use of the Platform may be free of charge for users, unless we explicitly state otherwise. ADD SALE may, however, receive compensation from certain Providers and/or other third parties, for example:
- referral/introduction fees where a user is introduced to a Provider;
- success-based fees where a user enters into a commercial relationship with a Provider;
- service fees for certain enablement or facilitation activities (where applicable); and/or
- other commercial arrangements consistent with the Platform’s purpose.
Compensation does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, guarantee, certification or approval of any Provider or any Provider’s services.
3. Independence and conflicts
Providers are independent third parties and make their own decisions regarding onboarding, underwriting, pricing, risk acceptance, supported markets, and service delivery.
ADD SALE may have business relationships with some Providers. As a result:
- the Platform may not include all Providers in the market; and
- the visibility or detail of Provider information may vary; and
- where permitted, compensation arrangements may affect whether a Provider is featured, the level of detail shown, or the placement/visibility of that Provider, and any such placement will be labelled where presented.
We do not promise that outputs are comprehensive, unbiased, or suitable for your circumstances. You remain responsible for verifying information and conducting due diligence.
Provider presentation may depend on various factors, including (where applicable): the information you submit, selected filters, geographic or product availability, technical compatibility, Provider eligibility criteria communicated to us, data completeness, and operational considerations.
Where the Platform offers a comparison view, the results may change over time and may not include all Providers or all products available in the market.
4. Sponsored or paid placements
If the Platform includes any paid placement, sponsorship, or advertising formats, such placements should be clearly identified on the Platform where presented (e.g., “Sponsored” or similar labelling).
Sponsored placements may appear in dedicated sections or alongside other results, and will be labelled accordingly where presented.
5. No agency; no authority to bind
ADD SALE does not act as an agent, representative, fiduciary, or authorised signatory for you or for any Provider, and is not authorised to make commitments on behalf of any Provider. Any contractual relationship is entered into directly between you and the Provider under the Provider’s terms and policies.
6. Liability position
All disclaimers, limitations of liability, and other protective provisions in the Terms and Conditions apply to this statement and to your use of the Platform and the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADD SALE is not obliged to disclose the amount or detailed commercial terms of its arrangements with Providers.
7. Updates
We may update this statement from time to time and will publish the updated version on the Platform.
